“We managed to see a few dolphins at a distance, but these are wild animals and today they weren’t very interested in us.. it the trio was wonderful! The guid was lovely and even amusing, they tried everything they could to find more for us. The boat was fast and very comfortable and we ended having a sightseeing tour near the grottos. I will be booking again this week to see if I have better luck seeing the dolphins a bit closer. I would also recommend taking a jacket or jumper as it got quite cold out to sea! (It’s October guys!)”

Our guide Michael was very knowledgeable- we learned much about the history, people, vegetation, flowers of Portugal while stopping at a rural farm in which we sampled homemade schnapps & honey. Learning details of cork trees and harvesting of this important product was interesting. We had lunch at a rural restaurant off the beaten tourist track - best Piri Piri chicken we've had made over an open flame grill. Would have been a better ride with fewer people - jeep was very cramped with 3 people across in the back…”
